Model Homes
In order to showcase the quality of construction found in Ford's Colony, we have chosen to build two model homes designed by two of the South's premier architects, Stephen Fuller and William E. Poole. Both of these homes, The Hamptons model home and the Shields Townhouse, were selected from the renowned Southern Living House Plans® Collections.
Inspired by the classical and colonial architecture of centuries past, these furnished homes are located adjacent to the Ford's Colony Sales Center and are open for viewing daily.
